Not Your Average Hitting Lesson

Walk into most batting cages in America and you will see the same exact thing.  Ex college/pro players sitting behind the “L” screen flipping balls to their students.  Every couple of swings the “coach” will bark out an outdated hitting cue.  “Knob to the ball”,  “Don’t drop your shoulder”,  “Swing level”,  “Stay tall”  are all phrases heard way too often.  The half hour lesson ends up being an expensive supervised batting practice….   That’s not how we do it
